Well if these are the correct and current status of pension cases which the government reported to have hidden the truth in the parliament,
Who has restricted our legal stalwarts to bring these into the knowledge of Hon'ble SC to get the pending cases expedited, specially when the gravity of Corona is at rampet through out the country being accepted in own government datas,
Court and everyone knowns well that all the petitioners are old aged senior citizens who are soft targets of such dreadful pandemic and are leaving to heavenly aboard every now and than.
The government may have several pretexts to delay the litigations for her benefits, what what pretext a court can have if such realities are professed before her...
Why our mouth is shut and hands are tight before the Hon',ble Supreme Court or we don't have any provisions of Law in our country to restrict such i'll wills in legal proceedings which obviously leads to injustice in such cases ?
