Supreme Court ruled in favour of pensioners in pension case of 1995.
Accordingly, increase in pension is expected along with arrears. Under this ruling, Chief P.F. Commissioner, has written to all state PF Commissioners to implement the orders.
Soon you will get hefty pension with arrears.

ReplyDeleteTill the enhanced or increased pension is not credited to EPF Pensioner's Bank account, one cannot believe this news to be true. Till then how many Pensioners like me will survive to enjoy the higher pension, GOD ONLY KNOWS. GOOD LUCK TO ALL EPF Pensioners.💐💐💐

लबाडाच आवतन जेवल्याशीवाय खरं नाही.
सरकार बिना किसी धनराशी जमा करने वालो को ₹3000/-मासिक पेन्शन दे रही है, जीन सज्जनो ने 30/40 साल मेहनत करके अपना योगदान पेन्शन राशीं मे जमा किया है उनकी घोर आलोचना कर रही है. इस कारण उपरोक्त विषय पर शीघ्र निर्णय होना चाईये.

Politicians after serving a term of 5 years are given a hefty pension and we after putting in more than 35 - 40 years of service are getting Rs1000 as pension. Long live my India
