Respected sir ,

The majority of EPS 1995 pensioners accounting in lakhs  , who have  NO  SCOPE  altogether for higher pension under the definition of EPS 95 pensionable service and ALSO  WHO  HAVE GOT  REFIXATION  OF  HIGHER PENSION  ON  ACTUAL  WAGES TOO , WITH  NO  MUCH DIFFERENCE   UNDER  HONBLE  SUPREME COURTS's  ORDERS , BEING  UNBENEFITED  VIRTUALLY  ARE  IN  DIRE  NEED OF HIKE  IN  MINIMUM PENSION FOR  BETTER  SURVIVAl  WITH HUMAN DIGNITY , 

Suffering with meagre pension around  Rs 3000 that has made them miserable with  DEPENDANCY  ON  OTHERS that speaks of pitiably.

 

    In the context of  THIS POSITION  the hon'ble govt , with the concern of these senior ,very senior citizen EPS 95 pensioners for their welbeing and basic  maintenance of livilihood with socio-economic  security ,  kindly have to have human approach on settlement of this  burning and tragic issue by granting a liveable pension linked with dearance allowance  with it's descretionary powers ,  desirably  not waiting for the judiciary intervention as was done in the year 2014 .

   We again appeal to your kindself with foremost request for the grant of the relief being sought by the pensioners settled across the country .
