An UPDATED TEMPLATE for calculating Differential amount & Interest amount payable to EPFO for revision of Pension on Higher/ Actual salary and also Calculation of NORMAL Pension & Pension on Higher/Actual Salary (Tentative) in accordance with EPFO HQ circular dt. 23.3.2017.
Accordingly, on my personal request, my Ld. friend Mr. Neeraj Bhargava of Jaipur with constant interactions/ consultations with me and technical support from Mr. C. Ramasamy of Bangalore has developed the said updated Template wherein data can be calculated upto 31.3.2021.

3. Calculations done for Superannuation/ Reduced / Enhanced Pension.
4. The calculations in this file are formulae based, whereas calculations done by EPFO has manual interventions also
6. Rate of Interest for 2019-20 is yet to be approved by Ministry of Finance and Rate of Interest for the year 2020-21 is yet to be declared
7. The "Pensionable Salary" has been calculated on the average salary of last 12 months for all, (whether pre 01.09.2014 or post 01.09.2014) because Hon'ble Kerala High Court's judgment was upheld by Hon'ble Supreme Court on 01.04.2019 and implemented as such to Petitioners of Contempt cases by EPFO ROs, Kerala

Refer Judgment dt. 05/10-02-2020 of High Court of Jharkhand at Ranchi in WPC No. 1856 of 2018 - Case title: Steel Executives Federation of India (SEFI) vs UOI, CPFC & ors wherein at Para 6, it has been specified that the Hon’ble Supreme Court in case of Kusum Ingots & Alloys Ltd vs UOI [(2004) 6 SCC 254)] while considering the effect of the order passed by the High Court under Article 226 of Constitution of India questioning the Constitutionality of a central legislation has held as under:
