Hon'ble Member of Parliament Sumalatha Ambarish,Letter Sent to the Hon'ble Minister of Labour and employment

To

Smt Sumalatha ambarish ,

Hon'ble member of parliament ,

Mandya .

 Respected madamji ,

I express my gratitude and thanks for your letter sent to the hon'ble minister of Labour and employment ,govt of India for early settlement of our pension issue.

It is not out of memory that this honble N D A govt itself  granted the hike of minimum pension to Rs1000 to EPS 95 pensioners in the year 2014 without the intervention or the orders of hon'ble supreme court providing a  some relief . Actually the hon'ble govt should have hiked the minimum Pension with DA at that time as per the report of parliamentary committee report 147 . But it has not happened  sadly .

So now also without waiting for the intervention of the hon'ble supreme court ,  the hon'ble govt have to kindly address the problem on very priority and it can do so by a cabinet decision without delay constitutionally as a matter of right to live , looking at the pathetic conditions of pensioners being suffered with UN-LIVEABLE  meagre pension as majority of them stay unbenefited for higher pension on actual wages and pensionable service defined in EPS 1995 .

Madamji ,  we hope that you would kindly do your efforts to secure the benefit of enhancement of minimum pension for us  that suffice it for the present average cost of minimum life as being demanded  by the pensioners .

    With regards

ShamRao , National secretary , EPS 1995 pensioners coordination committee ,

 BIDAR , karnataka .
