As a part of Nationwide organization under the guidance of Hon.Commander Ashok Raut, National President,for welfare of EPS 95 pension holders, a team comprising the National General Secretary of National Agitation Committee (NAC) Virendra Singh, National Chief Legal Advisor Mr. Kavish Dange,
National Chief Advisor Mr. P.N. Patil, State Secretary, Maharashtra Mr. Ashok Tambhare and NAC Leader Subhash Thorat met to *Hon. Mrs. Navneet Ravi Rana ji, gave a memorandum and discussed the issues of pensioners getting respectable pension
Hon MP Navneet Rana told the delegation that I am fully aware of this subject. This is a burning and sensitive question related to 65 lakh pension holders and their family members, of which about 30 thousand pension holders are from my Amravati region. I am committed for justice to these pension holders.
These pension holders get only Rs.200 to Rs.3000 pension even after deducting money in pension fund under government rules during their service. This amount is very less to live a respectable life where as Rs 4 lakh 37 thousand crore is available in the pension fund.
These pension holders should be provided medical facilities under the Bharat Ayushman Scheme along with a respectable pension.
The issue was also effectively raised earlier in the last session of the Lok Sabha by the Hon.Navneet Rana, MP.
It should be known that under the leadership of Commander Ashok Raut, National President of the organization,Chain fast Agitation is going on at the headquarters of the organization, Buldhana, for the last 757 days.
