EPFO is reinstated and will be heard along with Secretary's SLP :SC
The order of dismissal dated 1.4.2019 is being re-called by which that SLP filed by EPFO is reinstated and will be heard along with Secretary's SLP cc. Nos. 16721-22 after two weeks.
Mr C. A. Sundaram Senior Advocate appeared for central government in Review petition. He cited Pawan Hans judgement of S. C. In the year 2020. Saying retrospective contribution willcreate imbalance.
SLP no. 8658-59 require closer look. So Review petition revived.
Next preliminary hearing on 25/2/2021 before appropriate court.
All parties to file their synopsis and documents.
