Question : How many prime ministers are in states?
Answer : As per the constitution of India there can be one Prime Minister and One President of India .
As per state wise one Chief Minister for each State . There can be one or More Wish Chief Minister for each state depends of requirements . As currently Uttar Pradesh has Two Wish Chief Minister .
