Good & Big News : Budget 2021 for Senior Citizens and Pensioners Big Relief
Tax burden to be reduced on senior citizens above 75 years. Pensioners over 75 years of age are free from filing returns.
For senior citizens who only have pension and interest Income, I propose exemption from filing their Income Tax Returns ." - FM
The Budget 2021-22 aims to ease the lives of senior citizens. Senior citizens who are 75 years of age & above and have only pension & interest income are exempted from filing their Income Tax return.
