Respected sir ,
With all due respect we would submit before your kind self about the tragic problem of very meagre pension provided to the EPS 1995 pensioners in the range of less than Rs 1000 to about Rs 3000 in static (UNREVISED) without the dearance allowance for two and a half decades on ceiling wages with only post EPS 1995 service as pensionable , ignoring the total service of family pension scheme 1971 in consequence of which they are the non -beneficiaries of higher pension for a fair pension who count in majority of EPS 1995 pensioners .
We pray for your kind early justice on the serious situation of these EPS 1995 Pensioners provided with the very meagre pension that does not meet any needs of the livilihood in the present cost of living . Our case is UNRELATED to the pending cases of EPS 1995 to be decided by the hon'ble supreme court as they are RELATED to the cases of higher pension on actual wages without any discrimination against the pensioners of exempted companies and other issues under the employees pension scheme 1995 .
These pensioners being non- beneficiaries of higher pension with the present formula of EPS 1995 , have to be kindly met with the justice by the hike of minimum pension to Rs 9000 with dearance allowance that meets the average present cost of minimum livilihood across the nation for better living with human dignity , free from much dependancy on others with mercy in nuclier family system .
The enhancement of minimum pension as requested to the hon'ble govt , being the need of the hour would help all the pensioners to live a normal and happy life who have been crying for years together for better survival .
Delayed justice would render nothing but injustice to all these pensioners resulting in their immobility and inability to consume what they need and also they disappear day by day with their age .
So these pensioners may kindly be saved from their critical situation advising the hon'ble central govt for the issuance of necessary orders on hike of minimum pension with DA as being sought , kindly treating it a sue Moto case as it is concerned with the life of lakhs of EPS 1995 pensioners voicing the meagre pension problem .
This is stark and open truth of the EPS 1995 placed before the hon'ble supreme court seeking the justice to be delivered from inner conscience of your kindself on the principles of humanity .
