EPS 95 Pension : After hearing all miscellaneous matter, SC took up Item Latest Today Update

After hearing all miscellaneous matter, SC took up Item 1 of Regular matters which is NOIDA Vs KENDRIYA KARAMCHARI SEHKARI G.N.SAMITI. After hearing Item 1 partly, Justice Mr. Lalit said, DAICHII mater will take 4 days of Non Miscellaneous Days (ie) 2 days in this week & 2 in the next week. and as the roster will be changed from 26.4.21, he would take up the Item 1 again on 22.4.21 (Thursday).
Therefore, our cases will likely to be listed only after 27.4.21. Bench also may be different.
We may come to know the date of next hearing only by today evening. Regarding bench, we will come to know later.

श्री एम. चॉकलिंगम, डब्ल्यूपी (सी) नं में याचिकाकर्ता का संदेश । 233/2018सभी गलत मामलों को सुनने के बाद, SC ने नियमित मामलों में से 1 आइटम ले लिया जो नोइडा बनाम केंद्रिय कर्मचारि सहकारी जी. एन. एस. एम. आइटम 1 आंशिक रूप से सुनने के बाद, न्यायमूर्ति श्री ललित ने कहा, DAICHII mater को गैर विविध दिन (यानी) के 4 दिन इस सप्ताह में 2 और अगले सप्ताह में 2 दिन लगेंगे । और क्योंकि रोस्टर 26.4.21 से बदल जाएगा, वह 22.4.21 (गुरुवार) को फिर से आइटम 1 ले जाएगा ।
इसलिए 27.4.21. बेंच के बाद ही हमारे केस लिस्ट होने की संभावना होगी ।अगली सुनवाई की तारीख आज शाम तक ही पता चल सकती है । बेंच के बारे में, बाद में पता चलेगा ।एम. चॉकलिंगम
