Respected Eps 95 Pensioners and working works Sir, Last time we had also done the same. Now we again with the honour of appointed new chief justice of supperim court, we humbly requested that please look into the passed order by honourable supprem court d/--04-10-2016. Said order is most important for the eps 95 pensioner's and working works bright future lives after retirement also and directives may will be applied in Near future for amendments of eps 95 act.
As per my knowledge Govt. is also waiting for early hearing sir, therefore I myself Prakash Pathak National General Secretary and legal adviser honourable shri Dada Zode both wrote a letter to with the honour of our honourable appointed new Chief justice S.C.
Why I am sure about Govt's Intation, because since last few years not a single actions has been taken from respectabl Government on minium Pension also, because what order will be passed by honourable supprem court and then will see. Govt. having two reports one is Bhagtsing for amendment and second is high empowerd Committee for Minimum. Second Committee reconmded only Rs. 2000/- because at time salary was at the range of Rs. 5000, 6500 and 15000 With ceiling directed by Epfo and case is pending for high salary.
