As you all are aware, from 09.02.2017 onwards, I had been procuring various important documents related to EPFO/ EPS/ Pension Revision on higher wages etc through RTI mode from the various concerned offices such as EPFO HQ, EPFO Zonal Offices, EPFO Regional Offices, Ministry of Labour & Employment, DoPT, Oil India Ltd, Petroleum & Natural Gas, IOCL, Ministry of Justice, CIC, National Human Right Commission etc. and after doing their scanning, I had been sharing (of my own) the documents which were considered relevant to our issue as my FREE SEWA towards my EPS’95 Pensioner friends. Resultantly, till date Pensioners have succeeded in all the Court Cases.
It is an undisputed fact that most of the documents attached with the thousands of Writ Petitions across the country are based on these documents which had been shared by me from time to time and the most important ones have been shared many times after some interval just to keep the issues alive.
I am sharing with you the details of such applications, just for your information so that you may also know, how were these procured.
