Subject :--Regarding necessary Permissions ,Police Permissions for proposed Nishedh-Din Processions and Dharna which is to be held on 16 th November 2021 from 10-00 A.M.to 4-00 P.M. on District Destinations.All India.

Respected Sir,
With reference to the subject cited above we humbly request you that since last 13 years Nivrutta Karmachari(1995) Samanavay Samiti, Rashtriya Sanghtan is struggling for the Poor Pensioners, those who are getting very meagre pension ranging from 700-00 to 800-00, month . The Ministry of Labour, Government of India and our fund custodian, (Employee Provident fund Office )had not paid any attention and did not agree to raise the said meagre pension.
E.P.F.95 Scheme was introduced on 16 th November 1995 as social security and welfare scheme :-
Scheme was introduced on 16 th November 1995 as the social security and welfare scheme. The scheme is for the betterment of retired employees who retired after 30 to 35 years service in 186 industries who are near about 67 lakhs pensioners and near about 20 crore unorganised Sectors workers. With such a meagre pension it is difficult to survive our lives in respectable manner in the Societies and in such a high inflation.
In Carona pandemic near about 2 lakhs Pensioners got died.
We are totally dependent on mercy of our family members. Number of pensioners' sons are jobless and no any type of help was provided by the Central Government. We have no health facilities from Central Government,
Supreme court, High courts orders and Committee's Awards are in our favour , however, those are not implementing by the Government of India and EPFO.
The Pensioners from Unorganised Sectors will reach at District level and hand over the request Memorandum to Destination Collector on Nishedh Din on 16-11-2021 after the Procession.
Necessary Permissions application will be shared by our District office Bearers about Program.
