R/ Sir,
We had been seen your observations about employees pension 1995 coordination committee, Head quarter Nagpur Maharashtra . We want to say about it with humbles request to all office Bearers ,67 lakhs pensioners/ 186 industries 20 corers working workers that before 2008 we pensioner were getting only Rs 40-00 / and above .You are also knows about it being a highly designated office Bearers and members.
. In the year 2008 we few pensioners were came to gather for struggles . No pensioners doesn’t know why we are not getting survival pension as per Epfo’s announcement ,on the fundamentals which is Abid by social security act for unorganised workers (186 industries 20 cores workers). According to that with the constitutional support should have to protected our retired lives after 30 to 35 years service as like organised retired workers pensioners .
Only Kerala states eps 95 pensioners were struggling to increase the pension. They had been gone to Eps 95 management,Labour Ministry ,High Court,Supreme Court etc .Then we immediately met them( kerala state) and organised two convention one at Wardha second at Sevagram. Near about 5000/-and above Pensioners , Trade Unions representatives were present and decided to work to gather with Kerala and other states .Then we had been started struggled through out India sir.
We got registeration and organised meeting with C.B.T members which was held at Reserve Bank Chauk and discussed on EPS 95 Pensioners betterment lives act.In the meeting hon'ble Shri Banasure, B.M.S., hon'ble Smt Amarjeet kaur,A.I.T.U.C. Ad.Prabhakar Marphakawar ,I.N.T.U.C .etc C.B.T.Members and Near about 2000/-Pensioners were Present.
All India sammelan organised at Reshimbag Ground Nagpur with the support of Jan-manch's President then Ad.Shri Anil ji killor ,near about 30 to 35 Pensioners were Present and Passed 13 th Resolutions.Out of these one most important resolution had already been Passed which amount is unclaimed near about " Rs 57 lakhs core which amount should have to be transferred to Directer of Health, Government India and be a C.G.H.S. Members for immediate release health Facilities like Organised Employees .
Now let us we see from the start struggling to on words what we had been achieved in statutory rules please see as below :—
Now we are working in 27 States through our branches with high designated office bearers and members.
Achievements since 2008 onwards :-
(1) In the year 2011 organised convention at Shikshak Sahkari Bank's Hall , Nagpur under the leaderships honourable President Ad.Shri Prabhakar Marphakawarji ,Indira Congress,I.N.T.U.C., Shri Prakash Jawadekarji B.J.P.,B.M.S.,Com.Dr.Ratinath Mishra,C.P.I.,A.T.U.C. ,Smt .RATANKALA Balraj daughter -in-law of Smt. Sushilatai Balaraj ,S.Congress and other parties leaders were Present .Then B.J.P. President,honourable Nitin Gadkariji gave directives to shri Prakash Jawadekar Rajya Sabha M.P. ,Hansraj Ahir ,M.P. Member of Parliament for immediate initiating to solve it.
Near about 50 to 60 times we were sat to gathered at Nagpur . Since last 20 years back had not been taken any pains for amendment in EPS 1995 act.Now we Got hon'ble Shri Bhagtsingh Koshiyari’s amendment report for amendment in 95 act for betterment lives of Unorganised Pensioners.
Now it’s our main fundamental activities ,duties to contact with our respected 720 M.P Members About Bhagat Singh koshiyari's report . We may have to say that one partal part applied to increased minimum pension Rs 1000/- that is Rs.00-63% Government contribution Rs.1.16+ 00.63%.=1.79%.
. Now we have to struggled for Rest Government contribution which is Rs.8.33-.0-63%= 7.70 then we got minimum pension Rs. 3000/- and more as per Bhagtsingh Koshiyari Recommendations sir.
(2) We got the higher Pension as per the notification issued by then additional chief Provident fund commissioner,Shri Thakur’s (Epfo,New Delhi’s) D/-23- 3-2017,we tried for notifications through our respected Shri Gadkariji and Shri N.K. Premchandranji .M .P. then we got approval of Loksabha, by then labour Minister honourable shri Bangaru Dattatry and accordingly near about 25 thousands Pensioners got higher pension.
1) Near about 6 to 7 lakhs Pensioners got Commutation benefits and rise pension that is up to near about Rs 200/-to 500/- per month and got arrears also in thousands crores.
2) Minimum Pension rised from Rs 40=00/- to 1000-00 . Benifited and near about 30 laks Pensioners are getting it.
3) EPS 95,para 10/2, bonus as in befitting manner from Rs.50/- to 185/-range p.m.and got arrears also in thousands crore.
4) Our national legal advicer shri Tukaramji zode and my self shri Prakash Pathak wrote letters with humble request to honourable Cheif Justice, and Hedrabad Branch high designated office Bearars met C.J.and gave memorandum. For betterment of EPS 95 Pensioners lives which cases are with you sir. One more humble request to hon'ble Shri Apurva Chandraji,then Chair man of international Labour Organization.Uganda H.Q.( Labour Ministery , Government of India) New Delhi.
I want to say one more thing here sir we are all above 60 years sir even though we are struggling day to day activities of Pensioners, like those who are not getting Pension in a regular manner ,lives Certificate, monthly Pension etc for that we immediately contacted to EPFO and Government without any propaganda if not necessary . You may search it at and confirm at your level best sir this is our humble request. We are working hard not for propaganda if there is not required that you know better than we sir.
Being a four pillars we humbled request to all news papers editors,/news channels/working workers those who are constitutionally appointed.We can’t do without support of constitutional four pillars. Our age and health is not permitted even though we struggling.After some period no one may be struggled for better Pensions sir. Near about 2 lakhs pensioners dide in korona Pendamic as you know better sir. As per our knowledge being a constitutional 4 pillars should have to start struggled for better future lives ,and again humble request to you and our high designated office Bearers to co-operate run it by way of statutory
Rules.
Near about 60 to 70 thousands Pensioners were Present at Ramlila maidan for the 13 th Resolutions with immediate actions and be protected our lives .Deputation met to the then hon'ble Shri Hiralal Samriya, Additional chief secretary, and chair man of high empower Committee handed over Memorandum.
Near about 11 times had already been Peace full Dharna at Parliament and thousands and thousands Morcha, Dharnas through out India.
