आत्मीय बहनों व भाइयों,
जिनका सत्कार किया जा रहा है, वह हैं हमारे प्रिय सखा परम आदरणीय श्री विलास पाटिल जी, हमारे संगठन, NAC के मुख्यालय के मुख्य समन्वयक (कार्यालय), जो दिन रात पर्दे के पीछे रहते हुए प्रत्यक्ष -अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से संगठन के लिए,67 लाख वृद्ध पेंशनर्स के उज्ज्वल भविष्य के लिए संकल्पित होकर NAC चीफ मा. कमांडर अशोक राऊत जी के मार्गदर्शन में पूर्ण मनोभाव से कड़ी मेहनत कर रहे हैं.
विशेषता यह है कि उनका सम्मान -सत्कार करने का अवसर आज तक शायद ही किसी को मिला हो.
यह अवसर हमें भी नहीं मिला लेकिन दिनांक 31.10.2021के औरंगाबाद के महाराष्ट्र प्रांतीय अधिवेशन में बड़ी जोर जबरदस्ती करके हमारे एक मित्र ने उनका स्वागत सत्कार आखिर कर ही लिया.
धन्य वह हाथ, जिन्हें यह शुभ अवसर प्राप्त हुआ

Respected sisters and brothers,
The one who is being felicitated is our dear friend, the most respected Shri Vilas Patil ji, the chief coordinator (office) of the Headquarters of our organization, NAC,. He always works behind the scenes day and night.
Directly and indirectly he is committed for the bright future of 67 lakh families under NAC Chief Hon.Commander Ashok Raut ji. He is working hard with full spirit.
The fact is that till date hardly anyone has got an opportunity to felicitate him.
We also did not get this opportunity, but on 31.10.2021, in the Maharashtra state Convention at Aurangabad, a friend of ours finally welcomed him.
