Vide orders by a TWO Judge Bench on 24.08.2021, the SC Registry had been directed to place these matters before the Hon’ble CJI for requisite directions so that these matters can be placed before a LARGER BENCH

SC - SLP(C) No. 008658 - 008659/2019 (Diary No.- 9610/2019) - EMPLOYEES PROVIDENT FUND ORGANISATION vs. SUNIL KUMAR B and all Tagged Matters ONLY the Cases at Sr. No. 1 to 11 of this statement have been filed by EPFO/UOI/CBT(EPF) in the Hon’ble Supreme Court against decisions of various High Courts [Respondents in sr. no. 1 to 3 are Post - 01.09.2014 retirees/employees and in sr no. 4 to 11 are retirees from Exempted Establishments]
