EPS 95 Minimum Pension 9000+DA : Shri Prakash Pathak

EPS 95 Minimum Pension 9000+DA : Shri Prakash Pathak

 Respected sir, Social B.A.

I have been seen your video today with fake comments about RS 9000/- minimum Pension .As per my knowledge and studied comments are as follows.

We may think that it may be  too corrected  News published in Respectable Delhi Newspapers,

Points are as follows

1, Bhagat Singh koshiyari's  recommend Report submitted in Rajyasbha in the year 2013 on the grounds of Organised Central Government's employees, Retired employees. Unorganised Pensioners Pension should be a  justified and constitutional rights of Unorganised Sectors workers. Government  may do it.

At that time It was Rs 3000/- and above + D.A.Now Central Government Retired employees minimum Pension is  Rs 9000/- +D.A. that why Employees Pension 95 Coordination Committee Nagpur Maharashtra's Demands is Rs 9000/- + D.A.  not Rs 7500-00  + D.A. It is not a justified Demand as per my knowledge for that you may be called me on Phone numbers. Government may think on RS 9000/- + D.A. by way of amendment in EPS 95 act. Since last 26 years it was Amendment in 95 Act.

Yours sincerely,

Prakash Pathak National General Secretary Employees Pension Scheme 95 Coordination Committee Nagpur Maharashtra.
