REALITY :
Dear Readers, Namaskar. One message on whatsapp is viral that pension matter has been decided by SC in favour of pensioners and against EPFO/Govt. I wish to clarify as under:-
1. THE viral MESSAGE is totally fake since Hon'ble Supreme Court has RESERVED the judgement and no body knows that when the judgement will be announced.
2. There are two entirely different matters of pension. One is enhancement of pension to Rs.7500=00 +DA for which NAC is fighting. This matter is pending with Govt. and court has nothing to do on this issue.
3. Another matter is pension on actual salary which is pending in Supreme Court where NAC is not a party and NAC have no role in this matter of pension. Here SC has reserved the judgement which will be announced by SC as per its convenience.
Therefore no body should be confused and be clear in your mind. Thanks. HOPE FOR THE BEST ON BOTH THE ISSUES I.e.one pending with Govt and other pending in SC where NAC is not a party.

नमस्कार। व्हाट्सएप पर एक संदेश वायरल है कि पेंशन का मामला सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पेंशनभोगियों के पक्ष में और ईपीएफओ / सरकार के खिलाफ फैसला किया है। मैं निम्नानुसार स्पष्ट करना चाहता हूं:-
1. वायरल मैसेज पूरी तरह से फर्जी है क्योंकि माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया है और कोई नहीं जानता कि फैसला कब सुनाया जाएगा।
2. पेंशन के दो बिल्कुल अलग मामले हैं। एक है पेंशन को बढ़ाकर 7500=00+डीए करना जिसके लिए एनएसी संघर्ष कर रही है। यह मामला सरकार के पास लंबित है। और अदालत का इस मुद्दे से कोई लेना-देना नहीं है।
3. एक अन्य मामला वास्तविक वेतन पर पेंशन का है जो उच्चतम न्यायालय में लंबित है जहां एनएसी एक पक्ष नहीं है और पेंशन के इस मामले में एनएसी की कोई भूमिका नहीं है। यहां SC ने फैसला सुरक्षित रखा है जिसकी घोषणा SC अपनी सुविधा के अनुसार करेगा।
इसलिए कोई भी शरीर भ्रमित नहीं होना चाहिए और अपने मन में स्पष्ट होना चाहिए। धन्यवाद। दोनों मुद्दों पर बेहतरी की उम्मीद है यानी एक सरकार के पास लंबित है और दूसरा सुप्रीम कोर्ट में लंबित है जहां एनएसी एक पक्ष नहीं है। धन्यवाद।
