    Inspite of waiting for 27 years the E.P.F.Orgn nor Central Govt nor the Suprem Court Of India has not given a clear verdict about the Minimum Monthly Pension Rs 7500/+DA+MA or Rs:9000/+DA+MA ets sanctioned to All the living EPS 95 Pensioners whoever retired at 58 years on their Superannuation age &still living a miscerable life with their family members at home unable to meet their both ends! when their c ounter part State&C entral Govt Pensioners are leading a happy&joyful life with more than minimum Rs 15000/+DA+MA etc as Pension Since Majority of the poor EPS 95 Pensioners from 1996 onwards are not spoec ifically mentioned by S.C nor Parliment nor by CBT nor E.P.F.Orgn this Verdict cannot be called as an HISTORICAL JUDGEMENT like that!!!
