Subject:-Humble request to withdrawal the required  exercised the option under Para 26(6) and 11(3) of the scheme while in service from 1995 to today ,the Proof options exercised under para 26( and 11(3) of the scheme, while in service, duly attested by the employees and employers.

Respected sir,

With reference to the subject cited above we the 72 lakhs Pensioners humble request to you with our natural justification submitted  that d/-25.01.2023 issued circular by the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner-I,(Pension) with the approval of the Central Provident Fund Commissioner, wherein, after referring to the previous circulars d/-4/10/2016 with the approval Sansd and issued circular d/-23/3/2017 also .

The judgment rendered by the Hon’ble Supreme Court dated 04.11.2022 in SLP (C.) Nos. 8658-8659/2019, it has been stated thus .Utmost care should be taken to identify such cases where higher pension was granted on account of judgment of any Court. In such cases, a favourable order shall be obtained from the concerned Court citing the order of Hon’ble Supreme Court dated 04.11.2022 before going ahead with stopping/restoration of pension to wages up to ceiling of Rs. 5,000/- in the initial stages which was introduced by E.P.F.O. and announced by advertisement that eps 95 scheme is better than old pension but now a days no one is stating that better than old pension which was applicable Central Government retired ,even though the new pension scheme is applicable to them.and now they are demanding we want Old Pension ,old pension why  sir ?

 Now the eps 95 pensioners and workers are demanding Rajysbha’s  amendment No.147which was submitted by today’s respected and honourable  Government in the year 2013;therefore our main demand is the same should be adopted of Bhagtsingh Koshiyari Committee’s report for the betterment lives of 186 industries workers and pensioners and declared Minimum Pension Rs 9000/-+ D.A.

Main Grievances are below:-

(1) The immediate grievance of the concerns that already  exercised the option under Para 26(6) and 11(3) of the scheme while in service from 1995 to today.  Proof options exercised under para 26( and 11(3) of the scheme, while in service, duly attested by the employees in service periods therefore no need to be exercised again.And one more important concerns says  about said required exercises no one pensioners full filled it,why they  not sir,near about since 1995 to 2023 ,40% industries are closed then  how they  can full filled it sir. Therefore you may think deeply and give justice us we hope sir. Thanks with regards.

(2)Proof of contributions remitted in both EPF & EPS above the statutory wage ceiling, from 16.11.1995 to the date of exit of the pension, duly attested by the employer as per directions of EPFO.

(3) Number of committee’s report submitted to government with increased D.A.but nothing important benefits are given us due to unorganised sectors but government is day to day announcements of Privatisation and contracts workers but no social announcements for better lives after retirement sir,No of companies are appointing on contracts with Cost to Company’s sir these are our Pains for our future lives .
