Presentation was done by National President of NAC and National Chief Legal Advisor in favor of pensioners.

*The chairman of the committee, Honorable Shri Bhartrihari Mahtab ji and all the respected members of the committee listened and understood the side of the representatives of NAC very carefully.

* Due to lack of medical facility and very low pension amount, EPS pensioners are living in a pathetic and dying state,. Even after the Hon  Supreme Court's decision, due to the cruel system, EPS pensioners are wandering at the EPF offices daily in compulsion to fill the Joint option forms of higher pension. Now eyes are fixed on the committee with the hope that the committee should provide justice to the pensioners without any delay. Along with this, the disparities of the EPS 95 pension scheme should also be removed because on the one hand the Government is running all the pension schemes smoothly. It is also increasing the contribution of those schemes, but the contribution of the Government in this EPS scheme is only 1.16 percent. It should be increased immediately.

* Special thanks to the chairman of the committee, Honorable Shri. Bhartrihari Mahtab ji and the members of the committee, all the MPs present.

*Hundreds of salutes to the Odisha team including National Secretary of NAC Mr. Bapuji Patra and State Secretary of Odisha Shri Deepak Kumar Sahu.

🙏
