*कानपुर मंडल के द्वारा एक आवश्यक बैठक दिनांक 27-09-2021 को दिन सोमवार 11बजे राउतपुर बस स्टैण्ड पर आयोजित की गयी है, सभी पेंशनर साथी जो अभी तक NAC से नहीं जुड़े है,वो भी सभी ईपीएस 95 के सदस्य ज्यादा से ज्यादा संख्या मे पहुंचे, सदस्य्ता ले और अपने इस आंदोलन मे सहभागी बने!

राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष जी के द्वारा आज जूम मीटिंग का आयोजन किया गया था जिसमे अब तक की हुयी प्रगति पर बिस्तार से चर्चा की गयी है जिसपर उक्त बैठक आपको बताया जायेगा!

जूम मीटिंग मे निन्म बिन्दुओ पर बिचार बिमर्स किया गया जो निम्नलिखित है

1- राष्ट्रीय संघर्ष समिति के द्वारा जिले स्तर पर बैठक / आंदोलन की रूप रेखा तैयार किया जाय!

2- सदस्यता अभियान को तेज किया जाय!

3- जो सदस्य या बिभाग अभी तक संगठन से नहीं जुड़े उन्हें जोड़ने का प्रयास तेज किया जाय!

4- सरकार पर दबाब बनाते हुए ये प्रयास हो की सरकार हमारी मांगी पर जल्द से जल्द निर्यण हो !

5-राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष के द्वारा ये भी बताया गया की जल्द ही सेंट्रल वर्किंग कमिटी की बैठक आयोजित की जाएगी जिसमे बिचार बिमर्स कर आगे की रूप रेखा तैयार की जाएगी!

बरेली। 19 सितंबर,2021। ई पी एस 95 राष्ट्रीय संघर्ष समिति की मंडलीय बैठक आज पुराने रोडवेज बस स्टैंड पर सम्पन्न हुई। बैठक की अध्यक्षता श्री ए के अरोड़ा मंडल अध्यक्ष ने की। बैठक को सम्बोधित करते हुए जिला अध्यक्ष बरेली सुधीर उपाध्याय ने बताया कि हमारी मांगों पर भारत सरकार द्वारा शीघ्र निर्णय लिया जायेगा। माननीय श्रम मंत्री श्री भूपेन्द्र यादव जी ने ई पी एस 95 पेंशनर्स के प्रतिनिधि मंडल को आश्वासन दिया है कि आपकी मांगों के संबंध में कार्य प्रगति पर है। उपाध्याय ने बताया कि राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष कमांडर अशोक राउत जी के नेतृत्व में एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल 16 सितंबर को माननीय रक्षा मंत्री श्री राजनाथ सिंह जी से उनके न ई दिल्ली स्थित आवास पर मिला था और उन्हें पेंशनर्स की समस्याओं से अवगत कराया। रक्षा मंत्री जी ने उनसे पुनः मिलने हेतु बुलाया है।

can the Re-view petition be filed in Hon'ble Supreme Court against the order ?  

  Hon'ble Justic U.U.Lalit's order dated 24/8/2021 is neither stay on R.C.Gupta's decision as well as Kerla High Court's order dated 12/10/2018 nor allowed the Re-view petition against the decision  of R.C.Gupta . The name of R.C.Gupta is also High-lighted, which is not the process to RE-OPEN without any Review petition filing by EPFO??.  So, can the Re-view petition be filed in Hon'ble Supreme Court against the order dated 24/8/2021 issued by Hon'ble Justic U.U.Lalit ?? 

 If yes, then kindly take action accordingly in favour of pensioners.

उत्तराखंड के सीमावर्ती प्रदेश उत्तरप्रदेश व पंजाब के पेंशनर्स की भी उपस्थिति.

*NAC चीफ कमांडर अशोक राऊत जी की प्रमुख उपस्थिति व मुख्य मार्गदर्शन.

*श्री के एस तिवारी ने किए गए प्रयत्नों का ब्यौरा विस्तार सहित दिया.

*श्री आशाराम शर्मा, रविन्द्र वशिष्ठ आदि नेताओं ने भी अपने विचार रखे.

*श्री सुरेश डंगवाल जी ने अपने भाषण में आयोजन के महत्व, कर्मचारियों की एकता का महत्व, संगठन के लिए समयदान व अंशदान पर बल दिया.

*उत्तराखंड के प्रांतीय अध्यक्ष सरदार सुरेंद्र सिंह जी ने  विस्तार सहित पेंशनर्स का मार्गदर्शन किया व भाषण के अंत में  स्पष्ट रूप से कहा कि सरकार अब हमारे धैर्य की और अधिक परीक्षा न लें व पेंशनर्स को तुरंत न्याय प्रदान करें.

*मुख्य मार्गदर्शक NAC चीफ कमांडर अशोक राऊत जी ने अपने उद्बोधन में सभी का स्वागत किया, आयोजकों का अभिनंदन किया व पेंशनर्स की दशा बदलने के लिए NAC द्वारा किए जा रहे प्रयत्नों पर प्रकाश डाला.

आगे उन्होंने अपने भाषण में NAC द्वारा चलाए जा रहे पेंशनर्स बचाओ राष्ट्र व्यापी अभियान को सफल बनाने हेतु देश के NAC के सभी राज्यों के पेंशनर्स तथा नेताओं को धन्यवाद दिया व कहा कि यह समय हमारे लिए अनुकूल है  लेकिन हम सभी को  और अधिक जागरूक रहने व वर्तमान व भविष्य में संगठन द्वारा चलाये जानें वाले सभी कार्यक्रमों में प्रत्येक पेंशनर के सहयोग व सहभाग की आवश्यकता है.

अंत में उन्होंने कहा कि भले ही मा. प्रधानमंत्री जी ने हमें दोबारा आश्वासन दिया हो, इसके लिए हम मा. प्रधानमंत्री जी व मा. श्रीमती हेमा मालिनी जी के प्रति हम कृतज्ञ है  तो भी इस अधिवेशन के माध्यम से मा.प्रधानमंत्री जी से हम निवेदन करते हैं कि पेंशनर्स की बढ़ती हुई मृत्यु दर को देखते हुए अब और अधिक इंतजार न करवाए व दिनांक 15 अक्टूबर 2021 के पहले हमारी 4 सूत्रीय मुख्य मांगों को मंजूर कर हमें न्याय प्रदान करें.

*अधिवेशन में यह निश्चित हुआ कि पेंशनर्स बचाओ अभियान को और अधिक तीव्र किया जाए व

हरियाणा के प्रांतीय अध्यक्ष श्री राजकुमार त्यागी जी व उनकी टीम द्वारा प्रस्तावित अगले हरियाणा - पंजाब संयुक्त सम्मेलन में आगे की रणनीति ठहराई जायेगी.

 * In Uttarakhand at Kashipur agrand state  convention of EPS 95 pensioners was  concluded successfully.

* More than 700  representatives of all districts of Uttarakhand including Kumayu, Garhwal attended. Presence of pensioners of Uttar Pradesh and Punjab bordering Uttarakhand was also seen.

 NAC Chief Hon.Commander Ashok Raut ji was present as the Chief guestand guide.

*The event was conducted under the guidance and presence of Sardar Shri Surendra Singh ji, State President, Uttarakhand, Shri Suresh Dangwal, State General Secretary.

*Emotionally changed  atmosphrere was seen by the elders.

 *Special presence of Shri Asharam Sharma, National Vice President, Shri KS Tiwari, National Vice President, National Working President of Mahila Front Smt. Jayshree Kivlekar, Organization Secretary of Mahila Front of West Zone Sau.Sarita Narkhede, Punjab State  President Shri Jatinderveer Singh, Co-Treasurer of NAC Headquarters Shri BS Narkhede etc.

*Brainstorming took place on topics like present condition and  the role of NAC to get the demands of the pensioners fulfilled soon.

 *Women representatives Smt. Jayshree Kivlekar and Sau Sarita Narkhede, in their speech, gave special emphasis on the organization expansion of women's power, saying that women's power will prove to be helpful in making NAC victorious.

 * Leaders like Shri Asharam Sharma, Ravindra Vashisht etc also gave their views.

 *Shri Suresh Dangwal ji in his speech emphasized on the importance of organization , the importance of unity of employees,  contribution in terms of time and money for the organization.

* The State President of Uttarakhand, Sardar Surendra Singh ji guided the pensioners with detail and at the end of the speech clearly said that the government should not test our patience any more and provide justice to the pensioners immediately.

 *Chief guide, NAC Chief Hon. Commander Ashok Raut ji in his address welcomed everyone, congratulated the organizers and highlighted the efforts being made by NAC to change the condition of pensioners.

 Further in his speech, he thanked the pensioners and leaders of all the states of NAC of the country for making the nation-wide campaign run by NAC successful and said that this time is favorable for us but we all need to be more aware and attentive.  There is a need for cooperation and participation of every pensioner in all the programs run by the organization in present and future.

In the end he said that the  Hon. Prime Minister has assured us again, we thank Hon.Prime Minister and Smt. Hema Malini ji, but through this convention, we request Hon.Prime Minister that in view of the increasing mortality rate of pensioners, do not delay the decisions any longer and before the date 15 October 2021, give  us justice by fulfilling our  4 point main demands.

 * It was decided in the convention that the campaign to save pensioners should be intensified and

 In the next Haryana-Punjab joint State Convention proposed by the State  President of Haryana, Mr. Rajkumar Tyagi and his team, the future strategy will be decided.

A humble request to Shri Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India.

Please, don't trouble the Senior Citizens.

At the outset  we wish you success in  your endevaours like "Make in India", " Swatch Bharath" "Digital India" etc.....

1. Request you to pay Interest on SCSS (Senior Citizen Savings Scheme) of all nationalised banks  atleast to 10 percent at par.  Currently it is paid 7.40  percent.

Interest payable quarterly to be paid  monthly. 

Raise the limit from 15 lacs to 30 lacs.

As senior citizens will be able to get Rs 25000 monthly interest as sustainable  income without having to depend on  their children for it. Don't deduct tax on this income or request to fill form 15 H etc.

The period of investment should be for 15 years and not five years

as life expectancy  is 75 and increasing

Pass a resolution to this scheme that the interest rates to Eligible senior citizens  should never be reduced but increased to fight inflation. 

2. No returns to be filed if the income of an SC  is less than five lacs.

If income exceeds 5 lacs you may tax accordingly as they should not be affected by any political weather. 

3. Provide medicines to senior citizens on submission of Adhar card, a flat 30 percent reduction in the cost of medicines across the country. 

*Similarly for all pathalogy checkups, treatments and operations if any. 

Especially  dental which has become very expensive.*

Even the medical premiums paid may be reduced accordingly. 

*After working for three to four decades, where no pension scheme was available, let us have some dignity and live a decent life

* Give eligibilty of Aushman Bharat  to all EPFO pensions 

We are not asking for the moon.

You may have observed  that now a days parents have become a burden to the children and they leave them to fight their own battles. 

They are career minded and self centered. Senior Citizens are shy to share this fact as they still regard their children however dire their sufferings may be.

We Senior Citizens have elected you with the hope that you would take care of us but you have left us in the lurch. 

Trust you need our votes to continue in power.  Further this will be an important criteria for any government coming in future. Beware the mindset is changing and Senior Citizens are cursing from the bottom of their hearts for the present miserable state of affairs.

This is a humble request and hope good sense will prevail upon you  and you will implement our suggestions as soon as possible to give relief to senior citizens and end their sleepless nights. We have no intention to offend you, we only want to live in peace and with dignity. 

Hope all will agree to this suggestion and keep it in mind before casting their valuable votes rather than living on false promises.

Please forward/share in all groups, friends and relatives, as this gets implemented as  soon as possible. 

With a hope no governments will meddle with senior citizens in future.
