Tamil Nadu State level convention was organised at Kamalam Duraisamy Hall, Ram Nagar, Coimbatore on 27th December 2021.

At 10.30 AM meeting started with prayer. This meeting was attended by our NAC President Commander Sri Ashok Raut, Sri Virender Singh General Secretary, Sri  Ramakant Nargund, South India Chief Coordinator, Smt. Shoba, President Women’s  Wing, Smt. Laxmi Karavedi, Coordinator, South Zone Women’s Wing, and Sri V S Natarajan, Coordinator, Tamil Nadu.

Besides, convention was attended by leaders and members of All India Pensioners Association, Members of JAC, T.Stanes & Co., HMS Union, NTC/SITRU, FCI, and Kaleeshwara Mills.Around 400 members from the 

above associations attended the convention.

NAC के दक्षिण भारत के मुख्य समन्वयक श्री रमाकांत नरगुंड जी का संदेश:-

 तमिलनाडु राज्य स्तरीय सम्मेलन का आयोजन 27 दिसंबर 2021 को कमलम दुरईसामी हॉल, राम नगर, कोयंबटूर में संपन्न हुआ.

 *सुबह 10.30 बजे प्रार्थना के साथ बैठक शुरू हुई.इस बैठक में हमारे NAC के अध्यक्ष मा.कमांडर श्री अशोक राऊत, श्री वीरेंद्र सिंह राष्ट्रीय महासचिव, श्री रमाकांत नरगुंड, दक्षिण भारत के मुख्य समन्वयक, श्रीमती शोभा आरस, अध्यक्ष महिला विंग, श्रीमती श्रीलक्ष्मी करवाडी, मुख्य समन्वयक, दक्षिण क्षेत्र, महिला विंग और श्री वी एस नटराजन, समन्वयक, तमिलनाडु की विशेष उपस्थिति रही.

 इसके अलावा, सम्मेलन में अखिल भारतीय पेंशनर्स संघ के नेताओं और सदस्यों, जेएसी, टी.स्टेन्स एंड कंपनी, एचएमएस यूनियन, एनटीसी/एसआईटीआरयू, एफसीआई और कलेश्वरा मिल्स के सदस्यों ने भाग लिया.

उपरोक्त संघों ने सम्मेलन में भाग लिया.

 श्री वी एस नटराजन ने सभा का स्वागत किया.श्रीमती  लक्ष्मी करवाड़ी ने प्रार्थना गीत गाया.

श्री मोहन राज, एचएमएस यूनियन, श्री जबगुरु, एनटीसी/एसआईटीआरयू, श्री श्रीधरन महासचिव, एफसीआई यूनियन ने सभा को संबोधित किया और एनएसी अध्यक्ष को सभी ने चार सूत्रीय मांगों के मंजूर करवाने हेतु सहयोग देने का आश्वासन दिया.

*दक्षिण क्षेत्र के श्री रमाकांत नरगुंड समन्वयक ने NAC के  आंदोलनों और निष्क्रिय खाता  शेष और सरकार की योजना PMRPY, ABRY, और PMGKY योजनाओं में ट्रांसफर किए जा रहे फंड के विषय में विस्तार से जानकारी दी और सभी से एनएसी द्वारा प्रस्तावित आंदोलनों को सफल कर संगठन को मजबूत करने के लिए कहा.

*श्री वीरेंद्र सिंह महासचिव ने भी राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर चल रहे विभिन्न संघर्षों को साझा किया और हम सब मिलकर उन पर विजय प्राप्त कर सकते हैं. जब तक हम सफलता प्राप्त नहीं कर लेते तब तक संघर्ष जारी रखने के संकल्प को दोहराया.

 श्री वेणु बूपति , आयोजक कोयंबटूर, तिरुपुर, और नीलगिरि डीटीएस ऑल इंडिया पेंशनर्स एसोसिएशन  के प्रतिनिधियों ने सभा को संबोधित किया और अपने अपने एसोसिएशन में इस बैठक के विचार साझा करने का आश्वासन दिया।

*अन्य संघों और संघों के सभी वक्ताओं को हमारे नेताओं द्वारा शाल और माला पहनाकर सम्मानित किया गया.

अंत में, कमांडर श्री अशोक राउत ने हमारे सामने आने वाले मुद्दों पर विस्तार से चर्चा की और इन संघर्षों को दूर करने और अपने लक्ष्य की प्राप्ति हेतु योग्य समय है. आगे उन्होंने कहा कि, जैसा कि हमारा उद्देश्य सभी पेंशनर्स  के लिए समान है, सभी को NAC के आंदोलनों में सहयोग कर पेंशन के मुद्दे पर एक साथ आने  लिए कहा, चाहे वे किसी भी संघ और राजनीतिक दलों से संबंधित हों.

 साथ ही उन्होंने इस बैठक की व्यवस्था में योगदान देने वालों और बैठक में भाग लेने के लिए प्रतिभागियों को धन्यवाद दिया.

 बैठक के दौरान प्रेस मीटिंग का भी आयोजन किया गया.बैठक समाप्त होने से पहले टी. स्टेन्स एंड कंपनी के कुछ सेवानिवृत्त कर्मचारियों ने एनएसी फंड के लिए हमारे अध्यक्ष मा.कमांडर श्री अशोक राउत को ₹4500/-(साढ़े चार हजार) का योगदान दिया.

जेएसी, तमिलनाडु के श्री मुरुगइयां ने गतिविधियों के बारे में संक्षेप में बात की और श्री पी. बालाजी, समन्वयक तमिलनाडु को उनके अच्छे समन्वय के लिए धन्यवाद दिया और सभी को  धन्यवाद  दिया.बैठक राष्ट्रगान के साथ संपन्न हुई.

We are very pleased to place before you, Mysore EPS'95 Convention organised jointly by Mysore EPS'95 association & NAC was very successful.

Approximately around three thousand EPS'95 pensioners attend the convention at Nanjaraj Bahadur choultry Mysore.

More than 60 organisations participated in the convention.Ramakant Nargund spoke about the difficulties in getting our Eps95 pension issues resolved.

Ashok Raut spoke about the discrepancies in implementing EPS95 pension, despite all members having contributed to EPS95 pension fund during their service tenure. Also expressed the plight of senior citizens  and their  families and also from our society by Government. 

All the audience present shown anger for not getting resolved long pending pensioners demand. Main question was even after meeting our prime minister still it is not getting settled.

Shamrao national secretary and Virendersingh also spoke about need of organising group to fight together for achieving our goal.

We all are fighting for single agenda of *Respectsble pension on a single platform. All the audience fully supported for the cause. NAC also planning different action plan for implementation in all India basis.

Maximum numbers of women pensioners also supported our cause.

Programme was concluded with very tasty lunch. On behalf of NAC we thank entire Mysore team making the event grand success.

Eps 95 retired pensioners association Mysore Donated Rs 15000/ ( Fifteen thousand ) and Apple Karnatka Rs 10000/ (Ten thousand ) towards NAC activities.

National president NAC Commander Ashok Raut ji,General secretary Virendersigh ji, National president Womens wing Smt Shobha Aras madam, South India Womens wing chief coordinator Laxmi madam and Ramakant Nargund chief coordinator south India .

Mr Anthony working president Wellcomed the members and briefed about the EPS’95 issues.

Mr Narayanan General secretary also informed to the members about the need of the hour to get united for achieving goal.

Mr Suresh Babu chief coordinator, Kerala spoke to audience and thanked Commander Ashok Raut teams involvement in various national level activities. He also expressed due to Covid issues we could not invite more number of people.

Commander Ashok Raut briefed elaborately different problems that we are facing in settling pensioners issues.Unity is strength together we can resolve.He called upon all the organisations to join to strengthen our activities and to get long waited pension to our 71 Lac pensioners.

Shri Virendra Singh and Smt.Shrilakshmi Ji also addressed the meeting.

 लखनऊ टीम द्वारा आजकल विभिन्न विभागो से सम्पर्क कर NAC का सदस्य बनाने का अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। जिसके क्रम मे uptron कर्मियो को सदस्य बनाने के लिये टिकेट राय तालाब लखनऊ मे सर्वश्री सुभाष चौबे, वी पी सिंह, आर एन द्विवेदी,व गीता वर्मा आदि ने एक कैम्प लगाकर लगभग 100 लोगो को सदस्यता फ़ार्म भरवा कर सदस्यता दिलाई, जिसमे अधिकांश महिलाये थी.

क्योंकि 19 दिसम्बर की सभा मे महिला विंग का गठन किया गया था। इसी प्रकार के कैम्प का आयोजन निकट भविष्य मे होता रहेगा। वन निगम के भी भारी संख्या मे कर्मियो को सदस्यता ग्रहण कराई जा रही है। अपना संगठन धीरे-धीरे सशक्त हो रहा है।

राष्ट्रीय संघर्ष समिति के अध्यक्ष माननीय कमांडर श्री राउत साहब, माननीय श्री वीरेंद्रसिग साहब, माननीय श्री पीएन पाटिल साहब से मिलने दोपहर 13:00 बजे महाराष्ट्र भवन, दिल्ली पहुंचे ।

इतने दिनों तक भोपाल, लखनऊ और अन्य स्थानों की लगातार यात्रा के बावजूद त्रिमूर्ति के चेहरे पर थकान नहीं लग रही थी।

देश के 71 लाख से अधिक पेंशनभोगियों का आशीर्वाद वास्तव में हमारे साथ है।  पेंशनभोगी परिवार की निःस्वार्थ भाव से सेवा करने वाले इस सेवा-समान बलिदान में वृद्धावस्था में पहुँच जाने पर भी नि:स्वार्थ भाव से सेवा करने वालों को बहुत-बहुत बधाई।

उनका आज दिल्ली में 13,12,21 को होने वाली बैठक में भाग लेने का कार्यक्रम है।  इसके अलावा अन्य लोग भी आमने-सामने आने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं।  हमने कार्यवाही जो की उनकी जानकारी दी।  एक परिवार के रूप में हमारा स्वागत किया गया।

उन तीनों को सादर प्रणाम ।जो विश्राम की बजाय निरंतर कार्य में व्यस्त हैं। पूरे गुजरात राज्य ओरसे धन्यवाद।

अगर हम संगठन को मजबूत नहीं करेंगे तो पेंशन मिलना मुश्किल हो जाएगा।  बैठक का आयोजन।  सांसद से व्यक्तिगतमुलाकात। ऐसे कार्य में सहयोग करना सभी के हित में है।  श्री राउत साहब के आदेशानुसार हर पेंशनभोगी सहयोग करे। 

जिला विभागों के अधिकारी कई कारणों से दिल्ली नहीं पहुंच सके।  जिसके लखनऊ राष्ट्रीय अधिवेशन में पहुंचने में सहयोग की उम्मीद है।  सभी विभागों को सहयोग के लिए धन्यवाद।

गुजरात राज्य के सभी जिलों में

अध्यक्षों, मंत्रियों, उपस्थित सभी विभागों के सदस्यों और सभी पेंशनभोगी भाइयों और बहनों को पिछले पांच वर्षों से अधिक समय से हर संदेश में बार-बार सूचित किया गया है।

हालांकि जिन जिलों में पेंशन को लेकर कोई काम ही नहीं हो रहा है।  आइए उन जिलों में ड्यूटी से न चूकें, आइए साथ रहें।  हम सब एक हैं 

राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष श्री राउत साहब की कार्यवाही के आदेशानुसार 09,12, 2021 को भुज-कच्छ से रवाना हुई और 10,12 2021 की दोपहर को दिल्ली पहुंचे। 

सुरेंद्रनगर के माननीय श्री वनराजसिंह जाला साहब, सांसद डॉ.  श्री मुजपारा साहब के भाईश्री, सांसद संदस्यश्री के पीए  साहब, इस प्रकार सभी के सहयोग से, माननीय श्री डॉ।  मुजपारा के साथ रूबर इंटरव्यू 11 दिसंबर 2021 को रात 21:15 बजे गुजरात भवन, दिल्ली में हुआ।  साहेब श्री ने हमारे समर्पण के लिए सहयोग करने के लिए ईमानदारी से प्रयास करने के लिए अपनी राय व्यक्त की।

हम देश के 67 लाख से अधिक पेंशनभोगी हैं।  जिनमें से हम गुजरात के 15 लाख से अधिक पेंशनभोगी हैं।  जिन्हें नाममात्र की पेंशन मिलती है।  आप इससे पूरी तरह वाकिफ हैं।

माननीय प्रधान मंत्री जी, हमारे राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष श्री राउत साहब के साथ मथुरा के सांसद के माध्यम से 04,03,2020, 05,08,21 को श्री मोदी साहेब के साथ बैठक के दौरान, प्रधान मंत्री ने हाँ कहा।  हम उनके भरोसे बैठे हैं।  सर समय बीता जा रहा है।  उम्र बढ़ती चली जा रही है ।

महोदय, यह आपके लिए देश के बुजुर्ग पेंशनभोगियों के लिए एक कार्य है।  आप सेवा कार्य रहे हैं।  67 लाख से अधिक पेंशनभोगियों को लाभ होगा।  इस कार्य में मिली सफलता देश के इतिहास में सुनहरे अक्षरों में लिखी जाएगी।

साहेबश्री को चोटिला अधिवेशन की याद आ गई।  माननीय श्री राउत साहब 10, 10, 2021 को आमने-सामने मिले हैं और पुनर्मिलन के लिए प्रस्तुत किया है।

माननीय श्री मुजपारा साहब से प्राप्त लिखित अभ्यावेदन को सुनने के बाद उन्होंने कहा,  श्री मोदी साहब ने लिखित और मौखिक अभ्यावेदन देकर ध्यान खींचा है।  थोड़ा धैर्य रखें।

मैं सोमवार को आपकी ओर से प्रधानमंत्री को पत्र अपने विचार से भेजूंगा।  जब मैं उनसे आमने-सामने मिलूंगा तो श्री मोदी साहब को याद दिलाऊंगा।

काम में व्यस्त होने के बावजूद हमें अपने परिवार के सदस्य के रूप में खुले दिल से प्रस्तुति सुनने के लिए हम माननीय डॉ मुजपारा के बहुत आभारी हैं।

वहीं, लगातार संपर्क में रहकर, सहयोग करते हुए, यात्रा के प्रतिभागियों, श्री वनराज सिंह जाला, सांसद डॉ. के भाई एवम पीए साहेब को बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद ।

  we in sincereity  request for the executive  compliance of the orders of highest judicary on determination of  normal pension on last  drawn 12 months wages  in universal formula in vogue  on the pragmatic  approach of  scientific , logic and above all humanity  respecting to the verdict of the of  hon'ble supreme court  already given in respect of EPS 1995 cases of pensioners withdrawing review petition and SLP .

  Now  in the context of inadequate and UNLIVEABLE pension being provided to the EPS 95 pensioners  comprising  lady pensioners .

widow pensioners and the pensioners of poor category , unsupportive of children in the present nuclier family system of the day under changed circumstances with tale of poverty shedding in tears  , it is humbly expected with  very much hope  that  you would  kindly look into the burning issue and solve the problem  at the earliest taking into consideration  the unspeakable sufferings being undergone by the pensioners for just  basic maintenance of life at it's present cost for years  together with  minimum  pension of Rs 1000 and also the meagre range of pension not exceeding much above Rs 3000 without dearance allowance  (unlinked to living cost index) determined on ceiling wages under the employees pension scheme 1995  negating the purpose of it .

This meagre minimum pension and also the meagre  range of pension as mentioned above , fixed on ceiling wages with the only  service of EPS 1995 taken it as pensionable, unaccounted of pre- service of family pension scheme 1971  has been kept stagnant with no  annual reliefs for the past more than 20 years as a result of which the EPS 95 pensioners are made to survive their life with disruption , distress and pathetic  dependancy on others in the state of human indignity  .  Many of the EPS pensioners  are getting even less than  minimum pension of Rs 1000 . 

   The EPS 1995 based on  " defined contribution - defined benefit social security scheme " unlinked to living cost index with accrual of no annual reliefs since the year  2000 is taking the lives of pensioners in disgust and stressful conditions with loss of mental peace . 

   The EPS pensioners about 23 thousands or so  are  getting their normal pension of higher  benefit  on the basis of last drawn 12 months  wages with excercise of one time joint option allowed for only a six months period limit  that was stopped at the closure of it's time  not getting it ensured of it's  notice / not bringing to the knowledge  of all EPS 95 pensioners at the relevant time  for the  benefit of higher pension  with  a failure of wide circulation among them  for it's excercise . The said joint option ought to have been kept open for excercise which would not have created  the litigations .

    For the past more than ten years , the unrest of the EPS  pensioners has been continuously exhibited  by peaceful protests with memorandums against the descriminate  system and stoppage of benefit of higher pension on actual wages  demanding for hike of minimum pension at present value of koshiyar committee's recommendation  with DA given 8 years back  and fixation of pension on last drawn 12 months wages withdrawing the circulars that have stopped the benefit of higher pension on actual wages  against  it's own decision approved  as  ordered by the hon'ble supreme court  .

    So  we all  the retirees under provident fund act request your kindself to restore the normal pension on last drawn 12 months  actual wages with hike of minimum pension linked to living cost index DA being the component of service pension as being demanded that meets the present cost of livilihood that runs in not less than Rs 10000 in order of  national average cost of life  with govt free medical facilities solving this human crises  faced by  the  service pensioners , not alienating  the service pension from the  established universal system . So we  seek your kind justifiable action in the matter .
